WARRANTY AND RETURNS:
Limited Warranty
Devil Evolution includes a 30-day limited warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials, except for discoloration caused due to engine heat or any other reason. This warranty is only valid for the original buyer. Proof of purchase must be shown.
What voids the warranty?
- Abuse, accidental damage, misuse of any kind, improper or unprofessional fitment/installation and/or modifications
- Custom applications
- No proof of purchase at the time of warranty. Claimant must provide proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice)
- Finishes such as plating or painted surfaces with discoloration due to heat or rust/discoloration due to inclement weather conditions, exposure to salt, exposure to chemicals, or lack of maintenance by the customer are not covered
- International grey-market product purchased through a dealer/distributor not authorized for your country will not be supported by this warranty
Any defective exhaust system properly returned to Devil Evolution will be repaired or replaced by Devil Evolution. The defective exhaust system must first be shipped by the customer to Devil Evolution for inspection. All to and fro shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Devil Evolution is not responsible for any other expense incurred by the customer under the terms of this limited warranty, nor is Devil Evolution responsible for any damages either consequential, incidental, special, contingent or otherwise; or expenses or injury arising directly or indirectly from the use of the exhaust system.
Devil Evolution reserves the right to determine whether the terms of the warranty, set out above, have been properly followed. In the event that the terms are not followed this warranty is void. Devil Evolution is the sole determiner of abuse, misuse, installation errors and modifications—should any of these be found, this warranty is void.

Return Policy
Devil Exhausts can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for full credit minus shipping costs, paid up GST and a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, email us at support@devilevo.com. Units must be shipped back to us at your own cost, and must be in their original, new and completely unused condition, packed in the original box. If the product has been fitted, either partially or completely, and then removed, it will be considered used and hence not returnable.
